The ERASMUS+ Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education project titled: “International Entrepreneurship Network for PhD and PhD Supervisor Training (IETN)” is drawing to a close at the end of 2022. The consortium of 5 universities has over the course of the last two years developed and implemented two pilot PhD courses in ‘Authentic Leadership as well as two pilot PhD supervisor courses in ‘Authentic Leadership’.

We would like to welcome you, participants, and lecturers at the two courses, academics, pracademics, practitioners to a 5-day event at LUT University in Finland where we aim to reflect on the learnings gathered from the ‘PhD course in Authentic Leadership’.  Specifically, the following will be discussed:

• Reflecting on the two pilot PhD courses in ‘Authentic Leadership’ and learnings gathered
• Developing curriculum and learning objectives for the implementation of the PhD course in Authentic Leadership in the years to come
• Public debate on the ‘Well- being of PhD students in- and outside academia’

Who can join?

Participants, and lecturers at the two pilot courses, academics, pracademics, practitioners are welcomed to LUT University.  The project will cover event – as well as travelling costs.
